The Nancy Pazdera Memorial TNR Program

Nancy Pazdera was a wife, a mother, a small business owner, active in our community and a good friend to many.  She was also a Stray Cat Project volunteer, board member and feral cat advocate.  She left this world much too soon on February 4, 2020, after a lengthy illness.  We are heartbroken.

To honor Nancy's memory, we have created the Nancy Pazdera Memorial TNR Program.  This program provides low-cost and no-cost TNR services in Lower Makefield Township and Yardley Boro (Bucks County, Pennsylvania)  -- Stray Cat Project's home territory and the community in which Nancy lived.  Services are available on a first-come, first serve basis as funding is available.  To request assistance, please complete the form below.

Request Assistance

Thank you for submitting a request.  A Stray Cat Project volunteer will be in contact as soon as possible.

GUIDELINES for our program:

  • TNR service includes spay/neuter, rabies and FVRCP vaccinations, and a mandatory ear tip.

  • You certify that you are the primary caregiver, providing food, water and shelter for the cat/colony and agree to continue their care.  You further state, to the the best of your knowledge, all cats are unowned feral, stray or barn cats.

  • If you are not able to trap the cats yourself, you agree to allow Stray Cat Project volunteers to trap the cats on your property, provide TNR services and return them to your property.

  • You acknowledge and understand the risks feral cats face during handling, anesthesia and surgery.  You will not hold Stray Cat Project or its volunteers liable should any cat experience complications, injury or die.

  • You understand that acceptance for free service is not guaranteed as space is limited.

  • Additional services may be added at the full clinic cost, payable by the caretaker.
